Acclaim Solaria™

Complete office management software including deposition calendaring, attorney billing, court reporter payroll, Microsoft Office integration, job tracking, and internal job file repository.

Basic Office - $995 per workstation with all the basic functionality and email or web support only.  Perfect for smaller offices wanting to get started towards automation on a small budget and technically proficient staff.

Single workstation - $1,500 with up to 1/2 day custom web-based interactive training included for offices wanting telephone and email support for any question.  Also includes a free Owner view version of the software for keeping on top of all work without editing the data.

Medium office - 2 to 5 users $1,200 per workstation with up to 1/2 day web-based training included and in office training available.

Large office - 6 or more workstations $995 per workstation with online training included or in office training available.

Onsite training - Acclaim Legal  will work with your team in your office to quickly get your office running.  This has many advantages including hands on work live with your system, focus with your staff only, and in-person attention that expedites the setup and training to maximize your investment.

Import old data - We will work to import your clients, attorneys, reporters, and cases from legacy office management software (StenAccount, reporterbase (rb6, rb7, rb8), and court pages), Microsoft Outlook, or QuickBooks.  We'll do all we can to get you started right.

Web-based deposition schedule and file repository for court reporting firms, attorneys, and court reporters.  May be purchased as a standalone solution or integrated with Solaria for a secure 24 x 7 portal for your attorneys and court reporters.
